Dr. Kate Cleveland, Physical Therapy and Post-Partum Doula

Dr. Kate is a wife, mother of a 3-year-old son, Doctor of physical therapy, postpartum doula and pre/post-natal corrective exercise specialist. She created Enso Mama, a holistic pelvic floor physical therapy practice, while on maternity leave after she discovered the huge need for comprehensive in-home women's health during the postpartum season. She provides compassionate, personalized, trauma informed support for families with physical therapy services for both mother and baby, all with a holistic postpartum doula lens. Her specialties include pregnancy related aches and pains, preparation for labor and delivery, postpartum rehabilitation, pelvic floor dysfunction, chronic pain, and infant pediatric therapy to release tension and improve feeding. Enso Mama is inclusive and LGBTQ+ affirming.
